• Casino Space: They're talking about 58,000 square feet of gaming action.
• Hotel Rooms: 201 rooms for guests to crash after a night of fun.
• Dining Options: Three restaurants plus an 8-unit food hall to satisfy any craving.
• Entertainment: A 12-lane bowling alley and a 6-screen movie theater to keep everyone entertained.
• Extras: A sports book and banquet halls for events and gatherings.

Design Vibe:

They're going for that desert landscape aesthetic, blending the resort seamlessly with the local environment. The whole project is set to roll out in three phases, covering a massive 900,000 square feet when all's said and done.

Green Light from the City:

The Henderson City Council is all in, giving a thumbs-up to six amendments to get this project moving. These tweaks include bumping up lot sizes and zoning updates, all while keeping that desert vibe in check.

When's Groundbreaking?

What Does This Mean for Henderson:

Just recently, the Planning Commission gave the nod to expand the site by 14.1 acres near Via Inspirada and Bicentennial Parkway, mainly to amp up parking space.
