The Summit Club is a private, members-only residential club community in Summerlin, developed by Discovery Land Company in partnership with Howard Hughes. The club describes itself as the only private residential lifestyle club community in Las Vegas. Howard Hughes announced the joint venture in 2014 as a 555-acre community. The club now describes it as more than 600 acres with about 260 residences, so the setting remains intentionally low in density, with privacy, space, and views at the center of daily life.
The Summit Club sits immediately south of The Ridges in Summerlin, with its entrance off Town Center Drive south of Flamingo Road, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area rise to the west, and Downtown Summerlin is minutes away. Elevated homesites look across the valley toward the Las Vegas Strip, while others face the red rock of the canyon.
Nearby you will find Downtown Summerlin shopping and restaurants, Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, and Summerlin's network of more than 150 miles of trails, with the Strip a reasonable drive east.
At the heart of the community is the private 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio, set against the Red Rock Canyon backdrop. The club lists a practice facility, golf professionals, men's and ladies' lounges, and on-course comfort stations.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported a $35 million sale in May 2024 that it called an all-time Las Vegas record, a $22.5 million new modern estate that closed at the end of February 2026, and a $21 million condominium sale in the clubhouse building in January 2026. In the May 2024 report, the Review-Journal cited a $250,000 membership fee, about $110,000 in annual club fees, and HOA dues of about $30,000 a year.
